Digital Content Strategist
Jordan Clay is the Digital Content Strategist for Diverse Workforce Consultants (DWC). A published author and fashion model, she utilizes her written communication skills and creative vision to develop digital designs and positive user experiences. She integrates aesthetics and utility into our union avoidance and education campaigns to raise position awareness and improve the marketable image of our clients.
Jordan joined DWC after graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Interaction Design. Here, she spent years evaluating the digital obstacles that occur between clients and consumers, and developing working solutions to overcome those obstacles by employing consumer satisfaction tracking methods, usability tests, and surveys.
She specializes in identifying the needs and goals of management and their employees to develop clear, relevant content that unifies the interests of all parties involved. She excels at marketing to members of Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, utilizing pertinent content, language and digital platforms to attract and retain their attention.
Jordan’s mastery at conveying messaging across digital platforms and using creative problem-solving techniques to bridge the gap between employees, clients, and management enables her to communicate the rights and restrictions of Sections 7 and 8 of the National Labor Relations Act clearly and effectively to all audiences.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, reading fantasy novels, and journaling.
